James A. Boston Passes Away


TWO ARTICLES ON THE PASSING OF JAMES A. BOSTON APPEAR IN THE JULY 17, 1924 CHARITON HERALD-PATRIOT

Mrs. Wm. Daughterty received the sad news Friday morning of the sudden death of her brother, Mr. James Boston, of near Lucas. Mr. Boston, with his parents resided at Locona several years ago and has many friends here who recieved the new of his death with sadness. He is survived by his wife, an aged mother and one sister, Mrs Wm. Daugherty, of Lacona, and three brothers, David, Jud and Marion, who reside near Lucas. Much sympathy is extended to the sorrowing relatives.

To All Whom It may Concern:
Notice is hereby given that an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of James A. Boston, deceased, was this day produced, opened and read by the undersigned and that I have fixed the 12th day of August, A. D. 1924, as the day for hearing proof in relation thereto.
